Kfc

This is a KFC and Taco Bell combined restaurant. We ordered Taco Bell. The dining area and bathrooms were very clean and it was a nice place. The service was friendly but a bit slow. We checked our order and we were short one item. But, we check our order at every fast food restaurant, especially Taco Bell.

Plenty of parking large parking lot. Drive threw was fast attendant was polite . The food was good hot and tasty. Everthing looks sanitary and clean .the inside looked well lit lots of light . The entrance and sidewalks were handicapped accessible. My experience here was great . No issues no hassles no interruptions.

Chicken, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy were delicious as always but, LONG LONG WAIT if Chicken isnt ready. Waited like 45 MINS(told it would be a 15min wait) for an Original Recipe 12 pcs on a Wednesday at like 2:30,3pm, wasn't even busy in there either. Mac and Cheese didn't look fresh like it was either cooked too long ago or sat packaged too long prior to chicken being done (most likely).

In this day and age, kind people are hard to find. Well, today, I'm happy to say that I found a whole store of kind hearted people! We arrived a few minutes before they opened and the manager let us in early so we didn't have to wait in the cold. All employees were so friendly with big beautiful smiles! Food was PERFECT! Dining room was spotless. We had a great time! I believe it is the kind work environment created by the wonderful manager in this establishment that made a simple trip to taco bell extra special! I will definitely be going back in person instead of ordering off an app from here on out.

Always nice staff, drive thru window goes quickly. KFC, I realize chikfila and popeyes have come onto the scene and have stolen my focus, but let's be clear. Your cole slaw will always be the best, your mashed potato gravy is easy to identify out of a line up of wanna be gravies, and my husband loves your kfc bowl. I miss ya, but....chikfila.... you know...
