Cracker Barrel

Terrible experience…. Not so much with Cracker Barrel itself but mainly our server. Her name was Venus and she had the WORST attitude of any server I’ve ever had anywhere and was so rude. Took forever to finally come get our order, didn’t ask about refills until we were finished when we were both sitting with empty drinks when our food came. She also limited the amount of pie my boyfriend could order to go which makes no sense and then took 20+ minutes to bring us two slices of pie to go after we were finished eating? Not okay. We come here often and I normally get chicken fried steak but got meatloaf this time and all I can say is GROSS. Had no red sauce on it, it was so greasy it was sitting in a puddle and the grease spread all over my plate… so so gross, should not have even been brought out to me like that. But we were sad because we love the cinnamon roll pie and wanted to grab a whole one and they were out! We make the special trip from Fayetteville just to go here. Hands down the worst experience I’ve had sitting in a restaurant.

I am not usually a huge fan of Cracker Barrel, but, today & this location was OUTSTANDING!!!!! Hard to imagine giving Cracker Barrel 5 stars but this location on this day deserved it!!!!! Now, we'd had a very challenging day and were a) ravenous and b) exhausted when we got here.... The fact that Cracker Barrel offered free overnight RV parking drew us there - we needed to get off the road; and once we'd parked, decided to eat there! The food was great - had the Southern Fried Chicken. Truly tremendous, Almost as good as my Grandma's - which I don't say lightly. Not greasy at all, crisp well-spiced coating; not dry at all! So good! Wonderful mac & cheese! Great dumplings (again, almost as good as my Grandma's) Service was quick, friendly & attentive. Best experience I've ever had at a Cracker Barrel!!!!! (plus a free safe place to park our motorhome and sleep)

My food was great my waitress Brianne was awesome, However I was out with my elderly mother showing her the little gift shop that she's never been in before and automatically had a manager followed me around. So I hope that she sees this and understands that yes I am fully tattooed but I'm also a multiple business owner , A home owner, And I was planning on buying my mother something nice from the gift store. But as soon as she followed me pretending to buy deodorant when I asked her how she was doing I decided I wasn't going to spend my money in the gift shop today. Be careful when judging someone YOUNG LADY, you never know who it is your judging.

The food was good for a large chain no better no worse than any other Cracker Barrel. What set this visit apart from all the others was the awful service, and the attitude of the staff. The store wasn't very busy but more than once we had to go and find staff to get refills despite trying to get there attention repeatedly. The hole of the staff seemed to be ignoring us. I did talk to the manager about the service and his attitude wasn't any better. He did at least give us our ticket so we could leave. I can score this no higher than a three because of the lack of service. I can also say that it was unusual for this store as we have never had this kind of experience there. All in all this is usually a good store, but last night brought it down to three stars.

Food was 5 stars and service was five stars.. I have 0 complaints... Food was hot and fresh, service was fast, especially for how busy they were, they were slammed and I got my drinks and food in a very timely fashion... First restaurant I have been to in 2 years since, and during the pandemic, that I can give this much credit too... Cracker Barrel, Springdale, AR! What ever system you have going on change nothing! Thanks for the great service and food.

I love Cracker Barrel but this visit wasn’t the pleasurable experience I had hoped for. I blame myself because I should have known better than to order breakfast dish at 7pm in the evening but hindsight doesn’t fill one’s tummy. I was shown to a table and I decided I wanted breakfast. It’s my favorite part of their menu. I ordered their Country Boy breakfast. Eggs over medium and a sirloin steak to also prepared medium. My waitress Madeline (Fantastic waitress by the way) brought me my meal and asked me to cut open the steak to see if it was done. The amount of blood on the plate worried her about if it was cooked correctly. As we cut into the meat we could see if was raw. She took it back to the kitchen. I sat there and ate my eggs which were over hard, not medium as I asked for and the remaining parts of the meal. When my steak came out it was now over cooked to the point it couldn’t be chewed. What I could taste of the sirloin it was terrible. It it was to the point I couldn’t eat it. Hopefully next time my visit will be better.

Went, not to eat, but to check out the amazing merchandise section!!! Grabbed some candy and some super cute outfits for the granddaughter. The sales prices were phenomenal and I love their Mr & Mrs wedding decor section. Quality, quality product, from the toys & candy to the jewelry, decor, amd more. Highly recommend checking it out!
