There is a young guy that works the drive thru window. He is really nice and and respectful.

Since companies don't care for anything under 5 stars. The employees are great, just probably overworked. Food is either seasoned well or haphazardly put together (I enjoy when the condiments are put evenly on my burger/sandwich instead of on one side.
If you don't ask for ketchup you won't get any. There's been only one time when they forgot something to my order, but they handled it when I brought it up (couldn't go back at the time so I called)
Would I visit again? Yes, so long as there's no line

They don't seem to ever get your order right I always have to double check and there us always something wrong. This morning the kiosk was screwed up and then they forgot our drinks.
And they want 20 dollars an hour?

Good quality service and food. For a busy place it moves fast, so never really any long waits or crowded experiences. Service is quick and punctual. Bathrooms are clean and stocked as well. If your near Cypresswood in spring, this is the McDonald's you want.

I have noticed such improvement over the last yr. There is a guy named Darius who has taken my money several times. He always has a smile, positive attitude and exceptional customer service! The entire staff is amazing!

Always love getting Mc Donald's for breakfast with my kids. My parents used to take me and my brothers and no I get to do it with my babies. They love the big breakfast and hashbrowns.

I had ordered the Mcrib and a 6 peice happy meal for my daughter, and I went through the drive thought they had messed up and gave me mcChicken small fries and 4 peice happy meal, my daughter and I were very disappointed when we got home. It was already to late to go back very upsetting

Love this place and the lovely staff! I’ve been coming here for over three years now. There is one closer to where I live but I come here for the service. I’m respectful with the staff and they are friendly and respectful with me. If they get my order wrong, no biggie because they’ll fix it no issue. No need to get upset or throw a tantrum I’m not a kid after all. A time capsule of good service. Thank you guys! Never change. 🙂

Went to McDonalds this evening to get something to eat for me and my family. When I got to the window to pay with my card, my card declined bc my crazy tail self had it turned off smh. So my brother told the lady at the window taking the payment that we’ll be back, I just needed to charge my phone and turn it my card back on..Well, I didn’t have to do that because that very nice lady paid for our food. I really hope she doesn’t get in trouble for this, idk what the policy is there (so if she can get in trouble, pretend this review never happened lol). But I want her to know that we thank her soooooo much. She has no idea how much that meant to me. She showed my little ones in the backseat that GREAT humans do exist in this cruel world. So thank you nice lady in the window taking my payment, we’re extremely grateful for you. God bless you and yours ❤️
