Taco Crave

We are here a few times then decided to have them cater our birthday party. You have to know a place is good before you spend a couple hundred dollars on food for a large group. We got brisket, crave chicken and mushrooms so that we would have a variety for the group and we didn't have any of the chicken left over. We had a good verity in the salsa and plenty of rice and beans. The only thing I wouldn't ask about next time is they didn't give me any cheese, but sometimes doing large to go orders that happens. They very much know all the ingredients to everything so if you have allergies like I do them just ask, they can go gluten free, kosher or a diabetic friendly meal with no problems.

Consider me a new fan of Taco Crave! Their variety of taco meats are absolutely delicious! I told them it was my first time and they let me sample each of their offering! The green chili carnitas were out of this world delicious, hands down my favorite! Charros beans had great flavor as well as the rice. Their salsas were flavorful, with the right amount of heat. Overall the restaurant was clean and tidy, staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Highly recommend this place!!

Fantastic restaurant! This is seriously one of the cleanest places I've eaten at in Houston-- so impressed and thankful for their spotless interior. The staff are all super friendly and helpful and the food-- can I just say, WOW! Delicious meats that are never dry-- full of vibrant flavors. The lunch special of 3 tacos with rice, beans, and a soft drink cannot be beat!

This place is awesome and David is really friendly. We come here at least once a week, 2 if Im lucky. Personally, his brisket is the best, hands down. I get a burrito and my wife gets the 3 taco dinner with rice and beans. We prefer to seek out smaller independently owned businesses and have hit a home run with Taco Crave!

This place is the bomb! The crave meat is absolutely delicious--it's always a debate as to whether I try the other options (which never disappoint). Every month the owner features a new filling, which is more than enough to have us coming back as often as we can. Really good horchata can be had here as well.

Taco Crave starting serving breakfast and I had to try it! I tried the brisket, chorizo, and the kitchen sink, which is just like it sounds! They were all delicious! Now you will need at least 3-4 tacos to get your fill. They are small "street style" tacos. Be sure to try the Mexican Revolution coffee. It was a special recipe passed down from the owner's grandmother. It was given to her during the revolution to make for the soldiers to give them energy and help keep them awake. It has orange, cinnamon, chocolate, and other spices. I could drink that stuff all day! Speaking of the owner, David is the nicest guy you will ever meet. Very happy to tell you about his restaurant and his family's recipes. There tacos everyday are worth trying, but their Saturday breakfast is definitely worth getting out of bed.
