Subway

not too friendly, online orders arent made on time. some of the ladies working there are really mean. it seems like the only guy ive seen working (the manager maybe) is trying to save the place. Go to the one off of avocado, the ingredients taste more fresh there and the people are nicer. I gave up on this sweetwater location after months of frustration.

On occasion I use Subway as a reward. I care for an autistic adult and on this day I had to buy ink for my printer. He wanted soda and chips and in order for him not to get upset in public I told him I would take him to Subway. He gave me a look as to say okay but we better go. It works every time. He loves Subway.

Horrible experience wasted my time and gas just trying to purchase 3 sandwiches! They were out of product, didn’t have change, and wanted me to go next door to get change that is such an inconvenience to me even though I asked if they had change before I placed my order and they said yes! I was rung up wrong, they kept my coupon even though I didn’t even use it, wasn’t even busy and they completely wasted my time! Employees are very nice and helpful but management team sucks and don’t even care about the customer. Will never go back! If I could rate a zero I would in a heartbeat! Boo!
