We’ve enjoyed their baked goods for years but today as I was eating my spanish bread i was about to take a other bite when I noticed something black in my food and looked closer and its a freaking bug/fly!!! 🤢 so disappointed!!

I really enjoy the place. It's always crowded most the time. You have to be patient. Also wear a mask. If you do not like greasy food, bones or fat, do not go. It is genuine Filipino food. It is wonderful. The lumpias are freshly made right there while you wait. The food is always fresh. Chicken Adobe, BBQ pork, and Pancit. Yum

Pretty good Filipino food good options good hours parking can be a little pain but it’s Cali that’s super common in Cali but if you want some great Filipino deserts or to go food kabavayan bakery is the place to go it’s got everything you’d want definitely coming back to this amazing place and getting some great Filipino food yum yum yum but yeah that’s all I have to say here is a photo from the outside so you know you arrived at this great bakery called kababayan bakery

I was excited to try the ensaymada (bought the small pull-apart pieces) and Ching’s Ube Hopia… but I was quickly disappointed. The ensaymada was so dry and the hopia was rock hard. I microwaved the hopia but that didn’t help. The Ube was flavorless and chalky. I ended up throwing away all the ensaymada and hopia. What a waste. I’m hesitant to try anything else after this…
