We always order the same thing and they always make it the way we want. Yes, they can sometimes be out of stock of certain items, but so can any other restaurant or chain. Every time I have gone in the past 2-3 months we have had kind employees taking care of us. Very patient employees receiving large unique orders and trying to serve online orders as well to the best of their ability.

The vegetables were nasty and frozen to the dirty containers.. And not enough meat on sandwiches.. Was not worth the money..

Visited 20OCT21; no turkey. Staff was friendly, but as I was unable to order even the plainest of sandwiches, low rating. Will update with future visits, and obviously no where to go but up!
19JAN22: no turkey, ham, steak, bacon, or cookies.
09FEB22: no lettuce, chipotle, or choc chip cookies.
02MAR22: no choc chip cookies
20APR22: no ham
04MAY22: no choc chip cookies
11MAY22: no choc chip cookies
12MAY22: no ham, no bacon, no choc chip cookies. Had placed an online order, do paid in advance. Want time they didn't have the stuff to make it until I got there to pick it up. Her to cancel the order, they told me that I wouldn't be charged but I was still charged. Have to dispute it with credit card company.

Employees won't honor no-go free coupons, wasn't stocked, had no condiments filled for use on subs... The two guys acted like it was a bother to make your subs and they weren't busy at all. Outside lights weren't even on so you had to pull up to see the open sign... I won't go back.

Staff was friendly. Only one person working. Limited menu. No tuna or roast beef. No selection of bread. Missing some vegetable selection.

I ordered a turkey sub on the app and had it picked up. That sub was the best I have ever eaten! It was a perfect balance of turkey to bread to dressing ratio. If I were able, I would eat it every night!
