Arby's

Ordered chicken salad sandwich, came with waaay too much mayo in it, never have I had a sandwich with so much. Then, OMG, do not waste your money on their "orange shake" for $3.99... total rip off! Got a tiny plastic cup that you usually get a small orange juice in it plus didn't come with whipped cream when I said yes when she asked me about it. And also have had their beef n cheddar and this place gives you a tiny dab of cheese. Seems to me their making a fortune and giving so little in return, go elsewhere I'm 100% honest and won't go there again!!

This location used to be very good until about a month ago. It's my favorite takeout place, but maybe management changed? I usually get the gyros, which used to be 2 for $6. They were great! Lots of meat, good flavor! Now, however, they are 2 for $7 with a coupon, and there's about half the meat and the bread was thick and dry. They raised the price and made the meat less while still using the same bread. Not good. I hope you go back to putting the same amount of meat like you used to do.

Arby's has gone down hill. I ordered beef and cheddar sandwich and it had a tiny squirt of cheddar in the middle. Use to have enough cheddar to run off the sandwich and it was so delicious. Potato cakes are gone. They never have apple turnovers, always cherry. Sweet tea isn't sweet and taste funny. Big messy meal for 4 people and 2 napkins had to get a bunch of paper towels to use.

It was a total Trainwreck. Our order taker was totally incompetent:. She did not understand that we were ordering two fish sandwiches for $6, 2 white cheddar Mac n cheese for $6 and one beef n Swiss sandwich. After giving her our order 5 times with explanation we drove to the second window to order in person. Still took a detailed explanation. Our order cost $18.57, she screwed up the cash register and it took 2 other employees 5 discussions to try and help her out. All this time we are waiting at the window being subjected to all this chaotic mess. The fish sandwiches were cold, almost no lettuce or tartar sauce and so little fish that the only thing you could taste was the bun. The macaroni was too undercooked but the sauce, once we dipped the bun in it, was very good. My beef n Swiss is still in the fridge.
