Absolute trash service. Mobile orders take 30 minutes or longer. An entire staff of clueless employees. 5 orders will absolutely cause this crew to lose it. They should close this place and put all those people back on unemployment because the only thing they do well is stand around….
Update… THATS an everything bagel?!?! You guys make up for your poor service by completely not even trying to make decent food. But sure let’s pay these folks $15/hour.

I don’t like the service, the employee had bad attitude and I don’t know why the store wasn’t busy and it was 7:30 pm maybe she has a long schedule anyway, that’s no good for the store.

Service has gone straight down the toilet. Will not be back. This place was my go to, employees that were top notch are gone and what remains is a sad view of what's to come. Bring back competent hard working people not just bodies. 8 min to get a coffee and cream cheese bagel with no one in front of me!

Located in the gas station. Friendly staff and good doughnuts. Coffee is good as well. They get through the line fast despite how busy they are in the morning.

TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES!!!! I understand it’s hard right now but WOW!!! I did an online order of only one coffee and it took 20 minutes until it was made. I even had to ask if they had received my order. So many employees behind the counter just running into each other and unorganized. I’ve been going to this location 4-5 times a week for 2 years and it’s never been this bad.

Took me 1/2 hour to get donuts and coffee. Girl behind counter had poor attitude and bad language. Pumpkin muffin was so stale and dry that not even microwave with butter would make it edible. Used to get my gas here too but will not frequent this establishment any more. Another customer left without order because he ordered at 6:40 am and it still wasn’t ready at 7:15. Really, a cup of coffee? Poor poor service

I usually don’t do reviews but this is one of the worst Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to. It took them over 5 min for them just to acknowledge me. The employees would just walk right past me. Not even a “hello” or “give us a moment” very rude. Then once i got help the girl at the front had attitude… I get you’re busy but don’t put your frustration out on your customers.I did nothing for you to be rude to me. Train your employees.

I always get a medium, hot caramel latte and sometimes it's great and others the flavor is unpleasant and not at all sweet. I've stopped coming as often because I never know if it'll be a day where my coffee is good or bad.
