Little Caesars

To start it took them 45 min to make 1 pep pizza and a crazy bread, I can understand if they are slammed but there was only us and one other person waiting for food. The staff was not very friendly and almost seemed annoyed that we came in. Then when we received our food the crazy bread was literally 2” long and the sauce cup was only a quarter full I mean come on really? the pep pizza was raw in the center and was missing cheese in spots we will not be returning again and will be going to mod for now on up the street, it is definitely worth the three blocks and 2 dollar difference!

Pizza always tastes great but the customer service has being goin downhill fast in the last year. Young immature kids working there are more concerned with socializing amongst themselves than doing their job and wait time are never what they are promised to be and i just ordered a pizza for delivery tonight and right as it was supposed to be arriving at my house, the order was canceled and i was not given a reason for why and their phone number goes straight to “voicemail” with no voicemail set up. This used to be my favorite place to get pizza, fast, cheap, and tasty. But it is not worth the battle with the worthless work ethic of the employees lately.

It's 6:05 on 06/24/22 there are two people working. There's a young women and an older guy that looks like a bum. He's acting super aggressive, yelling at the girl. He's swearing and acting like he's on drugs. He shouldn't be working here if he can't handle it. Seems like your short staffed but I promise this guy isn't worth it. Also you just had a another young lady come in and ask if your hiring. The young lady that's working said that you are probably hiring but she's not sure. Didn't even give her an application.... my first job was at little Ceasars 10 years ago. I guess it's just crazy that a job I loved back then is ran like this.

I ordered online & was early so I was fine with waiting. Unfortunately, no one should have to wait because then you see how disgusting & how ill managed the facility is. 1) I saw their employees making things without gloves and I promise you their hands are not getting washed between things. 2) they had a disgruntled customer while I was here. You could hear them bashing this customer and one of them also swore many times about it. 3) many people came in while I was here too & most weren't acknowledged AT ALL. There's at least 5 employees.. why can't anyone be helped immediately? I get angry customers but you don't bash previous customers in front of current customers. Wait till its empty. & honestly, I'm disgusted that they don't use gloves. I'm scared to eat my pizza.
