This is what you get for a $7.99 3 pc chicken meal. Went inside to ask about it even after getting it large sized, who knows the price increase, probably another few bucks. The lady says well yea you just get a small fry. Didn’t even care that I was not happy. Won’t be going back. Absolutely ridiculous. Forgot the tarter and fry sauce as well even after asking for extra.

Not usually blown away by Zips, but the service during the late nice was super nice. Food was hot on a Sunday of all days. And because of the wait the tub of fries was generous. I have to admit, people here at Market store are pretty kind. Just nice to see every now and then.

We always enjoy eating here at the market street zips always tastes how it should and the tarter is worth $3 for a cup to take home. Makes your hour homemade fries taste even better.

I went threw the drive threw and the lady at the drive up window had dirty hands! Food under her fingernails! I couldn’t even eat my food when I got home! I was afraid she had handled my food. This is the 2nd time I’ve been disappointed in Zips! Last time I went to the one on Trent and they put a 1/2 a piece of bacon on my bacon burger. I won’t be going back to Zips ever again. I will drive farther to 5 guys and pay a little extra for a bacon burger! It’s a shame how bad Zips has gotten.

I only like the Market location. The rest over cook everything. Their line moves much faster than the rest also. I came to Spokane when I was 16 and told Zips is the best burger place ever. While it's no In n Out it's def better than a McDs or Jack in cracc.

Great food and service, as always!! I've been going to Zips for as long as I can remember, and nothing has changed!! No, this is not boring, it's consistent, and timeless!!! Love it. I'd rate it 10 stars if it were possible.

Slowest fast food joint I've ever been to and the food really wasn't worth the wait. There are much better burgers around town for a better value. They're over priced for what it is.
