Stopped by the food court after Bloomsday for a bite to eat. Granddaughter suggested Panda Express. The food was marginal. The ingredients seemed to be fresh but lacked flavor. Boost up the spices in the sauces, add some more salt (or MSG) and it would be better. I added two packs of soy sauce to give my Chicken Vegetable Fried Rice some flavor. Uncle Roger would be disappointed with this Fried Rice 😉

I was going to eat my Fortune cookie and I had opened it and took my fortune out. And took a big bite of the one side I went to swallow it and my mouth was All of a sudden on fire I’m not sure what was wrong with it but my mouth is currently still burning and it’s been approximately an hour or so after this incident occurred. I took pictures of the cookie and what it looked like on the inside. I will definitely be never going back again

With no inside seating in downtown, Panda made our evening. Their seating area was open and the waiters were excellent. It was cold and not one complaint from the staff. Great service and good food. After a couple days eating in our hotel room, it was very nice, cold,,,but nice.

I have worked food service for 4 years and never once have I laughed at a customer because they asked if we were closed. I expect better from your staff. Somebody needs a class in compassion.

Worst customer service I've ever encountered. I ordered it about 2 hours on Doordash before I eventually called the store as it kept getting delayed and delayed and delayed. And when I finally got to the store, the person working literally set the phone down on the counter and helped about three other customers, didn't even put me on hold, just put the phone down and went to help the other customer.
It was delayed about four times, including when the Dasher went to pick up my order. It is usually always cold and leaking and while I enjoy the food the customer service is completely deplorable.

Azimah was very rude from the moment they greeted us to when we checked out. They also reused the same spoon from a previous bowl which is pretty concerning considering you should know about things like cross-contamination when working at a restaurant. Truly disgusted.

The Panda Express in River Park Square is a great place to eat. The staff was very courteous and helpful. It was really busy, but they still managed to take care of my order with no delay. When one of the staff was busy with a customer, another came from the back and took my order. Excellent service and family and I enjoyed our meal in the dining area. I recommend Panda at River Park Square.

What else can you expect for fast Chinese food to go... order was correct and tasted decent. During COVID times, easy to park and snag your order.
- a star for shorting is some condiments. Truth be told, I probably do not need the extra soy anyways.
