Mcdonald's

Drive through cashier prepping/filling condiment cups while taking dirty money from customers with no gloves or washing of the hands...was handed my drink cup and straw with pop dripping off the glass ... straw wrapper was soaking wet.. opened my fish fillet sandwich box and it looked like they just tossed the ingredients at the box... big Mac was cold... at least the fries were hot...

This McDonald's, located in the heart of the Spokane Valley, was a decent experience. Although the parking lot appeared to being shared with another business, it was filthy. Kind of was wondering if the interior was gonna be the same, but fortunately, it was not. The food was done in under 5 minutes for my girlfriend and I (We each ordered an extra value meal). I really like the new modern exterior look. This restaurant only has one drive-thru line/speaker versus 2 in most other McDonald's. Food was good in regards to hot food hot, cold food cold.

Bought 8 McGriddles and 4 hash browns. Asked cashier for 3 syrups since I was buying for three people. Cashier was rude and also refused to provide a receipt telling me to get it at the next window. Went to next window, asked next worker for three service and was advised manager said no. I stayed the amount of food I ordered and that it was ridiculous. Worker said no and it was fine with them. Wanted to fill out a survey but no receipt was ever provided. Managers have the ability to hand out extra sauce for free at their discretion. Just absurd to be treated rudely like this.

I arrived at the drive through and was asked to wait then another car comes through on otherside 3 minutes after me and they took his order before mine. I know this is a bit tedious but When trying to talk to the person at window she rudely shuts the window as I was speaking. I come here a lot and very surprised at the service today.
