El Ranchero Authentic Mexican Restaurant

This was the worst experience ever. My husband ordered grilled chicken nachos with beef and beans on it. He asked for there to be no vegetables on his nachos. he said no lettuce no tomato no veggies and no sour cream. The nachos came out very fast and had onions in them. We told the waiter we did not want onions on his nachos and he said well that’s how you order it I can’t do anything about it. He walks away then comes back after he sees my husband picking out the onions saying he can change it for him. Once my husband got the correct order the waiter then stands over my husband and lectured him on how to order his food correctly next time. my husband was trying eat but he would not stop lecturing him. The waiter told my husband that he got in trouble from his boss which wasn’t our fault when the waiter ordered our food wrong. It was a horrible experience and we will never be back. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Salsa is soupy and not spicy. We enjoyed it although it is not our normal. Service was quick and kind! Drinks are $2.29 which are pricey in my opinion. We also bought three drinks but they charged us for four. They also charged us $2 for a SMALL 2oz of sour cream?! My husband had a burger which is where the two stars are from! He was so surprised there was a burger at a Mexican restaurant and it was very good and only $8. Idk if id visit again by choice just due to the over pricing.
