Hardee's

Waited in line for like 10 minutes chatting with the manager and crew. (we had a kitten) We were told the wait was for fresh fries. 2 - $5 boxes we ordered, one box both sandwiches we're old, one could be broken into pieces. Prompt and completely courteous replacement with a completely new and freshly made #15 box. I don't have teeth or otherwise might not have complained.

The place was nasty when i went in to use the restroom, i noticed there was not any customers and it still took almost twenty five minutes to get my order of two simple meals of cheese burgers and fries wrong. When i asked the employee for the store managers name and next time he or she worked , the employee got an attitude with me and stated the manager wont be able to do anything more for me . I think i was too generous with the two stars .

I won't solicit this restaurant ever again. I ordered three biscuits and two were ordered as Bacon Biscuits. It took about ten minutes for the food to be ready. After I received the food I pulled forward and inspected for accuracy. I received two biscuits with bacon, egg, and cheese. The third was correct. I pulled into a parking spot and could hear someone inside say "We've got one coming back in" as I was approaching the door on the outside. I stood at the counter for over a minute before I was acknowledged. They asked the problem and I specified that I ordered two bacon biscuits but was told that bacon, egg and cheese biscuits were entered (obviously). I didn't even want to bicker of the amount over charged. It took another six to eight minutes to get the corrected biscuits because they oversold on biscuits. While I waited for my food I watched two other customers in the restaurant approach because they had issues with their orders. The first biscuit was quite cold by the time I left. I'll never return to this restaurant even though I like Hardees breakfast.

Going through the drive up for a quick sandwich for lunch on the drive home I ordered #2 Angus steak burger with no mayo. Easy to understand speaker enabled error free order fullfillment. Tasted great but the presentation appearance & placement of the excess ketchup along the edge made a messy look when unwrapped. After cleaning the excess ketchup off Angus burger was satisfing to the pallet.

Worst service of any fast food place I've been. There were 4 or 5 employees in the cooking area, 2 employees working drive-thru, and 2 managers in the office just gabbing away.....no one in front to take orders, I finally left and ate at mcdonalds......much better service there. Their food is good, but the service is awful.
