First Rate restaurant all around. From the friendly and helpful staff very clean dining area. The food was absolutely delicious. And I’m not a huge fan of this type of food because some of the restaurants have put me off at the past. However I would eat at this restaurant every day. The chips were absolutely fresh and the salsa delicious. We had a different menu for each one of us and I tasted each item and it was really really good. The chicken was tender and juicy and the ground beef was very tasty. I will definitely give it two Thumbs Way up

This is our "go to" for authentic Mexican cuisine. Alfredo, at the helm, is refined enough to hold a position of maître d'hôtel; attentive, pro active, coolness under standing room only... & he's this way all the time. Only drawback, and this isn't El Tapatio's fault, no margaritas (no liquor)... 'tis Sparta, TN. This does not take away from this location's awesomeness.

Best Tacos around, truly authentic and the flavors were fantastic with their homemade hot sauces. Waitress was fantastic with her customer service and meet every need!

The most authentic Mexican food I have eaten since I have been in tennessee (10 years). Amazing food and amazing service, very well priced as well, I highly recommend this restaurant.

My food was cold and basically rock hard I’ve been to eltap before and seems like the one in Sparta is going down hill. No flavor and didn’t even get my burrito made right enjoy that $40 because it’s probably the last of my money you’ll get
