Solid McDonalds location, food in on point, fast service, mobile ordering available drive through option also. Modern interior is clean with plenty of comfortable seating options. Menu is as you would find at any McDonald’s. Convenient location for travelers, located just off of interstate 90 for easy highway access.

The service at this place has seriously declined daily. The work ethic and understanding what customer service really is has completely gone out the door with this new age group. Management needs to seriously take a step back and look at how the reputation is being completely diminished By hiring kids Whose attitude show they hate their job... Everybody at this place needs to take a serious crash course on customer service . On top of their frontier attitudes the food that has been coming out It's so much worse than I have ever seen in any McDonald's

I've been eating at this McDonald's for 20years and I've had many different experiences with this place. I have also worked at this location myself when I was a teenager. I still work the food service industry and in fact manage in it and I am very aware of what should be expected when serving the public. In the last 2 years the service has had an extreme decline from I have seen. The daytime staff does much better than the night staff. I can see the drive thru from my place of work and although during lunch it seems just as busy if not busier, the line never stops moving and the amount of cars I see go through that line during lunch is impressive for the time span. In the evening it's the exact opposite and when I have gone through myself the order is always wrong after waiting 20mins or more. Not only that but they recently started shutting down their shake or frappe machine before 8pm. This is not wise in my opinion and I'd like to ask why the night crew is so set on ruining the reputation of this location.

The service was slow, employees making fun of an item in our order, the order was wrong and it took over 20 minutes to get our food then, more to redo a sandwich and the place wasn't that busy and they had enough staff(I worked there once, so I know). The floor where they make the sandwiches had food all over it, and was disgusting. An employee actually slipped on it. The fries were soggy and old. The lettuce on the chicken sandwich looked like fried white onion, it was gross. My double quarter pounder was EXTREMELY disappointing. When we called the manager, he was rude and did not apologize for anything. We called Corporate and finally someone listened was concerned over our visit. Corporate told us they would inform the owner of the business and for us to call the store and request a refund. The manager, a man with long reddish hair in a ponytail, was once again rude to us, even after being informed we were asked by Corporate to request the refund. As someone in management, I found him to be very poorly trained and needs to have additional training in customer service before he's allowed to to be "the face of McDonald's!!! He could laugh and joke around with employees, but not gives his CUSTOMERS proper service. If he were MY EMPLOYEE, he would be demoted to fry cook or fired. Needless to say, they have lost our business.

Ordered a regular soda for myself and a diet soda for my type 1 diabetic fiance. The person at the window did not mark them and couldn’t remember which one was diet. After repeating to him and the other employee who walked over to try an guess which one was diet, they finally remade the drinks. I should not have had to repeat myself so many times to get our drinks remade.
