Arby's

Went there for lunch today ordered a double roast meal paid for it got my drink and condiments then proceeded to watch multiple cars go through after 15 minutes I finally received my food mind you I only have a 30 minute break . You need to start treating the customers that come in your establishment with more respect we came in to enjoy our food and just rest for a spell if you can’t do that then just be a drive through only. Not happy at all

Great food but very, very slow everytime I stop in comparison to other Arbys. I enjoy every meal here but unfortunately I don't come very often as it often takes 10-15 minutes to simply go through the drive through. Today I arrived at 1215pm, wasn't able to place my order until 1221pm (order taker said they "were slammed inside"), paid for my order at 1222 and didn't receive my order until 1231pm. There were 6 cars in the parking lot and 1 car ahead of me in the drive through and 3 behind me. Kudos for asking me "if I wanted anything for the wait" but marks against you for simply not being prepared and simply handing over a free side or something with my lunch.

Used the online order ahead option. Had a pick up time of 645, arrived at that time and they hadn't even started my order. While waiting for over 30 minutes, I heard staff comment more than once they were "skipping" over or not working on my order yet because it was a large order. Repeatedly they worked on and completed orders that came in after mine. Despite waiting 30 minutes, staff did not acknowledge me, my wait time, or offer any apology or solution for my long wait time. When I finally left with my order at 721pm I was quite frustrated and parts of my order were no longer fresh and the shake was melted, having sat out the whole 30 minutes.
