Cold Stone Creamery

UPDATE: Added three stars because they seemed to really care about our experience. The manager and customer service reached out to us and were very apologetic for the experience we had. They really tried to rectify the issue we had. We still haven’t been back since the poor experience but hope to give them another try soon since we moved to the area. Went in tonight to get some ice cream because cold stone has some of the best. The ice cream was okay. The employee went skimpy on the ice cream and mix-in. Worst part, though, was the employee’s service. She seemed to be more interested in her friends hanging out in the corner than helping us. Not a huge deal, but rather off putting. Probably won’t be going back to this location because of the poor overall service.

Good standard ice cream. I feel like this location is a bit tucked away and hidden, but maybe it is just because I never notice it. My visit here was great, the service was wonderful and the ice cream was great. Other than that, the facility seemed well kept and clean. There was nothing that I noticed that I could complain about. 5/5

The ice cream here was delicious, as always. The thing that really annoys me is how cramped it feels inside. There are very few seats, and if there's anyone in line there's practically no place to walk. This seems to be a problem in many of the locations I've been to in the past; I'm sure they're trying to minimize overhead costs, but it really makes for a too-cramped experience. The employees were very nice, and outside of the small space, everything else was great!
