Costa Vida

I went to Costa Vida today at Spanish Fork and I was treated with a great big smile and a "Hello, how are you today". The employees were amazing, so friendly and so kind. The young man was very helpful and willing to help me get my drink and asking if he could help me with anything else. I was treated like royalty today as Costa Vida.

The food was great, store was clean but service was extremely slow. Usually very fast service but sow. They had 1 kid cleaning trays at the cash register and not helping customers and the line for to go was backed up and the order que was also. Only 1 cashier and workers screwing around in the back. Come on guys get to work!

Picked up a catering order. It wasn't quite ready when we got there so my recommendation would be to ensure orders are ready at the appointed time. Also, the website for catering did not list the number of servings for each item, which made it difficult to figure out how much to purchase. The order was well packed and the employee was kind and grabbed some disposable utensils for us when asked.

The customer service was excellent! Our food was delicious. A friend of mine treated me for lunch yesterday, before we headed back home from a fun day of shopping in Spanish Fork. It was my first time m e eating at Costa Vida. I will most DEFINITELY be back again and will also bring my mother, who loves to try different places to eat whenever we have our trips over the mountain visiting family and friends.

Stopped in for a quick dinner. Food was great. Very fresh and plenty of great options. Would have been nice if the lady at the front could have printed off a receipt for points to add to app as she couldn’t figure out how to put in discount/code and also serve receipt. Lucky enough the order was okay and didn’t have to problem with order. Will be back again we love costa!

I’ve driven past this place for 3 years and finally decided to stop in and give it a try. I’ve been missing out! I ordered the chicken salad with ranch. They place a freshly made tortilla on the bottom, you choose your kind of beans (I got the black beans) then they add the salad, and you pick your dressing. The chicken tasted freshly grilled so I didn’t feel like I was eating at a greasy fast food place. For my drink they had fresh limeade and it was really good as well. One last thing you should know about this place is the portions are HUGE. I am a big eater and even I couldn’t eat the whole thing! Very clean and friendly service!
