Burger King

Terrible Service drive through gave my order to the car ahead of me. They realized the mistake pretty fast. My order then sat in their car while they made that person's order. Finally after about 10 min they get that person's order and trade through window. I pull up they try to hand me the same bag. That's unacceptable. I said I hope you guys remade this. Manager said we do. Yet my Burger was cold and there is ranch in the bag that car ahead asked for. I won't be going back

Horrible service. They were out of Jr whoppers and tried replacing it with a Jr chicken. I explained that I didn't like chicken sandwiches and asked for a regular whopper. The drive through lady was nice about it, but when she told the cook I could hear him screaming from the passenger seat... Not good customer service.. also the onion rings had a bad aftertaste like it was cooked in old oil. My bf is a manager at a restaurant and could tell right away... Go somewhere else!

The person running the window was poorly trained - probably not at all her fault but there was a lot of dead silence and back and forth with someone else inside and misunderstandings. I ordered for the family. They didn't include one of the meals I'd ordered and another one had stuff on it that I'd asked to leave off, which they had echoed back and even showed on their screen. Food was decent otherwise.

The attitude from the lady in the drive thru was absolutely awful. From her taking the order, to taking money, she never smiled, didn't greet you, or say anything after almost throwing your food out of the window. I would give 5 stars for the food because it was on point, but the attitude totally unacceptable for working with the public.

I ordered on line about 5 minutes befofe arriving in the drive thru. The car ahead of me also told them they had ordered online. I thought.... well this will be quick. I ordered a biscuit and hashbrowns. I sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes! After ordering online. What the heck? What's the point. And the girl had attitude cause I was texting my coworker that I was gonna run late and she was trying to give me my drink. MA'AM MAAM YOUR DRINK! ummm. Sorry for making you wait lady I was mid text. There was no one in line behind me. 15 mins for a breakfast sandwich i ordered online? Really?

So... I sat for quite awhile at the menu board before deciding to just leave, because, as it turns out, they werent ready for the day? Or it was temporarily closed? Or they were short staffed? Or they couldn't get their button to work to allow for services requested? I'm not sure which, but noone was there... no greeting, nothing... So as I go to leave... I see someone inside. Standing there and I park out front for a moment...cuz maybe....they werent ready? I dunno!? Then I see another car receiving much the same treatment. Silence. So i left for good. And I mean just that... not going back there ever... I dont care if you're new and 2 days in and your trainer didn't show up and somehow you managed to get keys and alarm code to the place, out of thin air.....and never worked in a place like that before...you should....at very least... be greeting customers at the drive thru and explaining that you're ill trained and waiting on a manager or something....
