Mcdonald's

Went to this location the day after Christmas at night called to let the store know my burger was raw. Finally got a taste for McDonald’s again and tried to get a new burger and was denied because of no receipt. The pictures had the date and time but they didn’t make any note of it like I was told over the phone.

Unfriendly staff. Maybe just caught them on a bad morning. Ordered pickles on my breakfast sandwich which apparently is unheard of and they absolutely could not accommodate (not a big deal, just pickles)I realize nobody wants to open the pickles before lunch. Sorry for my dry sense of humor 😅 Otherwise, food was as expected and quick. Have a great day!

4/18/2022 Rudeness and a lack of self -esteem must be a requirement to work at this McDonalds establishment. On this day we went to the drive-in- window, with a relatively small order. One fish sandwich with cheese and two cokes. When we open the fish sandwich there was a piece a cheese on it the size of a quarter. The fish patty was half hanging off the bread. It appeared someone had just tore a piece, off a slice of cheese, and threw it on the sandwich. Seriously, and these are the people that want $15 an hour. They display an attitude of "I HATE MY JOB". It appears so does the management. They could care less. You need to call Chick-fil-A and learn something from them. They get you in and out, their young people have manners and a good work ethic. Then again, I think they put the bar a little higher than most. They just don't hire anybody.

placed mobile order for curbside pickup and waited 20 plus minutes. Then found out we were missing an item we ordered and no sauces were included as we ordered nor napkins. Went through Drive thru to correct issue and they said they gave us what we asked for and asked for a receipt. No customer service and worse McDonald's ever.
