If I could give this place less the 1 star I would . When we got here there was maybe 4 other groups here but they were slow getting out the fresh pizzas and dessert pizza. At 8pm they started cleaning the food area and putting pizzas up in the back 2 hours before closing time. All of the employees were in the back talking about some touching someone's a** and playing around. Instead of making food or tending to customers. No one was cleaning it took forever for someone to come grab dirty plates. Just absolutely worst service especially since we spent $70 or more on dinner. Will not return to this location. A suggestion get better managers to run this location.

We got yelled at with an attitude as soon as we came in the door "It'll be thirty minutes before we accept any more customers!" It was with attitude too, very rude. There were plenty of tables free but they were dirty and covered in dishes. One person was slowly bussing the tables while it appeared the other 5 workers in there were standing around doing nothing, waiting for someone else to do whatever needed to be done. It was clear they wanted us to leave so for that reason we did not and we waited 20 or so minutes while the same thing was rudely told to the groups of people coming in the door behind us. After a while one of the ladies from a group behind us went to the register and said something to the worker and all the sudden her and her group of seven were being tended to and aloud to go in ahead of all the people who were still waiting. Then finally they let us go through but the people who skipped us had taken all the pizza off the buffet while we waited on plates. I understand this is a place to get cheap food so expectations for service shouldn't be high. I also understand getting a rush and needing time to adjust before allowing customers in but this was one of the rudest experiences I've had in my life. The place wasn't low on workers at all like most places these days are, it was low on work ethic. I don't think anyone should be greeted with such rudeness anywhere.

The staff was a bit unprofessional. The employees were playing at the front register while we and another family were ready to place our buffet orders. We found an available table that was a mess and I asked an employee (who was on her phone) about notifying someone and she points down the dining room saying "He's over there." I went to the employee and asked if he would clean the table for us and he promptly cleaned it. Because of his courtesy and politeness I gave him a $20 tip. I understood that some of the food options were unavailable at the moment because it's a buffet that's busier on the weekends and they're always working to keep up with the demand so that wasn't a big deal. What redeemed the establishment is that the food was good and the young man promptly cleaned the table.

First time I've had Cici's in years, and I was so disappointed. The pizza was fine, but the choices that I remember was not there. I mean it was in my early teens last time I went, I'm in my 30's now. But it was disappointing to show my kids it was just another pizza place. I miss the Mac and cheese pizza. They didn't even have that!

Since covid, it certainly seems like they would continue keeping the restaurant clean. Not many customers dining in but was still hard to find a clean table. Had to choose a few forks before finding one clean. Most of the items on the buffet had been sitting there a while and were not fresh but had become hard. The desert rolls were never replenished while we were there.

For Ci Ci's it really depends on when you go, sometimes its AMAZING, and sometimes its hammered S##T. Sometimes its okay and sometimes its a dumpster fire. The buffet is okay except there is always kids not being watched by their parents and just running around making a fool of themselves. That's about all I can really recall.

I sure do love me some Cici’s pizza but this place was just ran unacceptable. Every table in the restaurant was dirty :about half of them were occupied half of them had cups and plates and trays and trash. There was 1 young boy cleaning a table as slow as humanly possible but he never wiped the tables he would just grab the plates or cups and walk on zig zagging through the restaurant, no rhyme or reason. And there were no pizzas on the case. They had probably 15 premade on the rock behind the cook but she for some reason wouldn’t put them in the oven even as more and more customers walked through the door. Sad experience… hopefully more training happens.
