Burger King

Came to this location and i can say one of the worst Burger Kings i have been to. The young lady La’Tareion made sure my customer service experience was going to be 1 star or lower. She was rude. She walked away from the window and told me i couldn’t use my rewards at the location. After her walking away basically Mocking me when her manager showed up she still acted rude the manager tried to make things right but i was afraid to get my food. These young people if you don’t want a job or just to give the customer service you should be give to respectful customers, you just need to stay at home. If this were your business and you acted as such you wouldn’t have any returning customers. To the owner i think you need to send secret shoppers to your location and see how they are being treated. Good wasn’t even fresh as long as i waited trying to get my order right. So this is a location to skip if you can find one closer. When i told them i was going to do a review they basically didn’t want to help me any further once i told Them is was going to be an honest one.

No breakfast burritos not even the new sandwiches that are advertised on the inside menu screen. The management had a not so friendly attitude. The inside is dirty floor feels greasy tables are filthy and yes they do pre make sandwiches that's why customers are saying it tastes like it's been under the lamp for a while currently 12/10/21 10:12 am . They have lunch burgers ready but won't sell me none till 10:30.

They’re literally taking 30 mins per order at this location. The employees did not seem like they were coordinating with each other at all because I had 2 different employees asking me about my order. One even forgot that she didn’t give me my drink and had to ask me if she gave me my drink or not. I haven’t even tried the food yet but I already know I’m not going to be satisfied because it literally took me 40 minutes to get 2 chicken sandwiches here. Saw atleast 5 cars drive away from the drive thru line behind me because this location was taking so long per order. Losing a lot of business and the worst part is, I saw 3-4 employees working in there so I don’t even know what was taking them so long

Horrible place. 11:10am doors locked and site says dine in open. 2/11/2022. People here are extremely rude and seem extremely lazy. If you can avoid this place and go anywhere else I definitely would. Been here a few times before with the same service manager is even an extreme rude ignorant person. BK you have a lot of people to straighten out or replace here! Please do asap.
