Fuchi

We were visiting the area and Fuchi were able to take our booking at short notice. They assisted with advice on local parking which was a short distance from the restaurant. The 'all in buffet' was excellent value for money as was the level of service. No pressure for gratuities but thoroughly deserved so no objection whatsoever in doing so. A very pleasant evening, good service and excellent food. If we are back in the area in the future we will have no hesitation in returning. Many thanks.

*review based on takeaway* This is a nicely presented chinese restaurant. The staff and hostess is very professional. The speed of the food was acceptable too considering it was during a high demand period. The online collection system was okay but could improve however that's not where I was a bit disappointed. I had real expectations as it was a recommendation. We ordered the meal for two and it was great to see the quantity and variety was as expected. However, the quality in almost half the dishes were not to the level compared with the recommendation and the reviews already on Google. It could be that they were just very busy and couldn't provide the high quality as normal but I would still try again.

Very professional attitude during this pandemic. Booked a table for 4 to meet some friends. Temperature check on arrival. All staff and take away carriers wore face masks correctly and continuously. Food was excellent as usual. Service a little slow, but they were busy with take out orders. Highly recommend.

First visit since under the new ownership and wasn't disappointed (well maybe a little) Opted for the 'buffet' option and the food was superb! Keep ordering until you've had enough 😋 The only criticism is (maybe it was on my night only) the restaurant is seriously understaffed, albeit pretty much every placement was filled the fact that we ordered drinks on two occasions and had to wait 20min & 10min respectively for them to arrive, which when you're sat at a table with no drinks, but a platter of food is annoying. Would definitely return for the food and just hope that next time the bar is more equipped to supply.

So, we've not been here for about two years. Since then it has changed hands. They now do a 'buffet' style meal which we had as we enjoy that at other restaurants and prefer this to the full menu. It was a great price and superb food, copious amounts. Really really enjoyed. The staff were very attentive and never had to want. The tea cups were never left empty. Look forward to coming back again.

Fantastic experience. First time eating here and went on recommendation. Our group eats in various locations across Hampshire monthly. This has to be one of the finest Chinese meals I have had anywhere and I have no hesitation in endorsing this as a venue for others to try. The staff were also excellent and wait times fantastic. Coupled with a nice contemporary decor this would be a good choice for special occasions also. Recommended
