Dunkin'

i live right by this dunkin and never had problems with it until around covid times. I get that they are under staffed but they should not be getting rid of their stuff an hour before they close and they could be nicer to their customers. They also don’t know how to make certain things right and are always rude when you try to get it the right way.

Poor service and rude associates. I leave right down the street from this location and been going there for about ten years, I was there this Saturday around 1030am and purchased munchkins and a plan bagel with extra butter, when I got home I noticed that I wasn’t given my munchkins, I tried calling but there was no answer, so I went there yesterday and told them, the girl at the order window told me that there was nothing she can do, I told her that I was going to give them a bad review because I wasn’t happy, she told me to go ahead if I wanted..... I have never felt this disrespected and dehumanized, how can I spend my money at a place and be treated like this.. I went inside to ask for the manager and they told me that they didn’t have a manager and didn’t know her name, I saw a lady in all gray, which I assumed was the manager, but they claim the manager wasn’t around, I think the only reason why they treated me this way was because I am a women of color , this is very sad. I will never go to this place again, Starbucks is right next to them, do yourself a favor and go to them instead ..smh.

Always had great service here! Also to the kind lady in an SUV in front of me in the drive-through line on Friday 6/4/2021about 7:30/ 7:45 am- Thk u, so grateful to u for buying my large coffee! U sure made my day with your ‘pay it forward’ act of kindness & selfishness! A few months ago in Ashford I did the same for an officer/trooper....we need more of these actions!!
