Absolute worst drive thru experience of my life, I have never had anyone speak to me the way they did while their system was down. I was waiting over 20 minutes in line. Someone should have came out to the cars and explained the issue. Don't take it out on your customers while you're the problem. Based on the other reviews, this place needs to be restructured immediately!! 0 Stars. Makes me not want to be a customer anymore

This is the worst Wendy's I've ever experienced! Service was nice and friendly...food was criminal! Day old burger, hard as a brick, condiments were dried to the bread...fries were cold, nuggets were rocks! Absolutely terrible, I would starve before eating here....plenty of other edible choices in the area!

Order was incorrect and then when receipt was handed to Alexis and the manager and trying to explain that my sandwich had sausage instead of bacon and missing a fry the staff started arguing with me. They were very insisted that they were right and I was wrong and finally after minutes of arguing they said “you are correct”. I do NOT recommend this Restaurant at all. I hope someone reads this post and give these ladies the training they need to handle situations and teach them to talk to customer with respect!! Very embarrassed of this Wendy’s but proud my home town Wendy’s treat their customers with RESPECT!!

This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to...twice. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice...blah, blah, blah. Tonight I ordered a soda, large fry, and two Jr Bacon Cheeseburgers. I received some sort of salad, small fry, and chili. I go back and they give me two burgers on stale buns, a small fry, and I never got a straw. I need to stop eating fast foot and this place is just another reason to follow through with that decision. It’s small wonder Wendy’s isn’t the fast food leader.

Where's the beef??? NOT HERE. Unfortunately this Wendy's location has mistaken their burger patty with White Castle's... However the bun is still Wendy's-size! Almost took a picture to send as a JOKE to other patrons of this location... I will NOT even explain the french fries. Please save your time, money & appetite and get to a McDonald's or Burger King if your hungry for good fast food.
