Service needs to be faster, some one with a long name didn’t even give someone a bag with the wrap she ordered and they were just taking their sweet time

A teenager at the front Ammandeep was very rude and didn’t even get my order right i was in a rush so i asked him when my food was going to be ready and he swore at me and was just being really rude i give this 1 star but if i could i’d give -10/5

Previous times I would get zinger box, or their wraps. I'm not always a big eater, They have my favourite... on the new range menu. zinger bowl, small like a salad in a bowl. Does better service than other KFC location depending the service and the wait, it all takes good timing. #kfc #plentyvalley

My favourite KFC. The staff are always lovely and I can't think of a bad experience I've had here.

Very poor food quality compared to other KFC. Have ordered ultimate box today and the burger was worst as chicken inside burger was totally stale and chips were also soggy.

Poor customer service. On the 18th December 2021 around 2pm. Manager had absolutely poor customer service. It would be great if they get trained again to take the management role and meet customer's satisfaction.

The quality of service and food at this KFC is far lower than KFC standards. Long waiting time, and often I see staffs are getting confused with their ordering system and their monitors. They don't look to be working well together. They don't follow the mixing rules of chicken pieces in boxes as other KFCs do. For example, they may give you all chicken breast pieces in a 3 piece box, or only thigh pieces. Chicken pieces look too dark, not sure, but usually too old frying oil causes this. Last time I got stomach pain right after eating here. I don't recommend this KFC.

I ordered a family meal and took 20 mins to get it. In the car (took 2 mins to get to car), had some fries which were ok.
Got home in 8 mins and when we ate the chips, the bottom ones were COLD (like it was in left in the chip box for 20 mins in a cold counter! 🤨). Threw them out!
The chicken was surprisingly mostly wings -- 4 of the 10 pieces. The good news was that they were not cold.
Next time, I'll go to the one I usually go to which is the KFC in Plenty Road.
