Dunkin'

When I come here (instead of drive thru on Route 22) there are only two people, one being a woman. I think she may be the manager or something. I haven't had great experiences here but this morning was just bad. I walk in and the woman is the only one I see. She is on her cellphone having a conversation. She barely greets me and just waits for me to order. One medium iced coffee just cream for me. One medium iced coffee milk and sugar for my friend. She makes them and sets them down and there is one hot coffee. Maybe because you are on the phone, that is why you made a mistake. She acts annoyed when I tell her and remakes it. Both iced coffees are very dark in color. I get to my car and sip mine. It is the wrong one because she put the wrong stickers on the cup. Come on this is covid we can't be drinking other's drinks. I switch the stickers and drink the one that I figure is mine now. It is sweet too... they were both watered down and a weird color. My friend was disappointed too. The one thing I like about Dunkin is how uniform it is, you always know what to expect. I can't imagine doing my job while on the phone. Very unprofessional.

I don't know why people say Dunkin is cheaper than Starbucks when I feel like it's about the same. $6.99 for the caupaccino blast . Anyway, I think it's very cool they combined Dunkin with Baskin Robbins. I haven't seen very many anymore. This guy always decides to close early. I ran over here to make it to buy a drink and I can't because it's closed. What a waste of time.

I went there at 6am bought a coffee and asked to use the restroom the blonde lady behind the counter was extremely rude and told me I wasn’t allowed to use the bathroom I proceeded to explain ally’s law to her but she didn’t want to listen to me so I decided upon myself to make a police report about it thank you Dunkin’ will be seeing you real soon
