Dumpling Kitchen

These are NOT the crab rangoons you are looking for. Shiny and wet from excess oil on the outside with dense and flavorless cream cheese on the inside (maybe a speck or two of some other ingredients). Unfortunately, I did not end up eating them even though they were the whole reason I placed an order at all. I also ordered the scallion pancakes, which had a good flavor, but were so drenched in oil that they were floppy and kind of gross to hold. I did end up eating them, but they weren’t great. This place is conveniently right down the street from me, but I will not be ordering from here again.

Not the best Chicken fried rice & beef teriyaki I’ve had but definitely the most expensive. Cost 18$ compared to most places where I get the same for under 15$ but that would be fine (it’s Somerville after all) if the food was at least good. The rice was too dry and the beef teriyaki lacked flavor . Won’t be going back

Just ordered $80 worth of food of GrubHub. It was not clear on the ordering menu, and after receiving my delivery, I called to inquire about... Regarding a $17 dish and $15 dish... None of the dishes come with White Rice. You have to order separately, but it is not explicitly written within the menu and I couldn't even find where I needed to pay extra for it. First restaurant I've ever ordered from that didn't include white rice. Now eating soupy dishes without rice. It's very awkward and send completely inappropriate. Won't be ordering from here again.

Called to place an order to pick up. (Read reviews of having delivery issues so decided to pick up instead) Had no issues with that. The food was delicious! 4 stars because the wonton soup had a strong smell which i think was because of the brown leafy thing/ sea weed or whatever it is, they put in their soup. It didn't effect the taste of the soup thankfully. I also ordered 2 boba teas and this is the first time ever enjoying tapiocas because these were soft and easier to digest. Not too sweet either. Will order again in the future!

Ordered through Grubhub; delivery was quick and courteous. The Mala spicy beef is exceptionally flavorful and tender. The onions and green pepper are expertly cooked, maintaining their crisp texture and bite. If you are feeling adventurous and want to experience the numbing schezuan peppercorn, I highly recommend it. The spice is warm and numbing but didn’t blow out my pallet. Shanghai Style Pan-Fried Pork Buns were fluffy, tender, and super satisfying. The inside of the bun had a juicy pork meatball packed with savory flavor. Overall the food was delicious, even though it was only a small sampling.

This is the second time I took the food here. I would gave a straight five star to both the food and service. It’s just located right at the bus stop. I was intrigued by the hand made soup dumpling showed on the screen while I got off the bus. I ordered a soup dumpling last time and it was just amazing! Different from what I got from the supermarket, they taste just fresh, with rich flavor. This time I tried the pan fried buns and pan fried dumplings. I'm picky on food but they were just perfect. Crave for this place！Would come back again！
