Mcdonald's

Drive through was extremely slow with not many vehicles waiting, waited 45 minutes. Still wouldn’t have given a bad review if my food had been correct. Ordered a #1 with Sprite and the Big Mac had no Mac sauce…not too little Mac sauce, but zero Mac sauce. A Big Mac isn’t a Big Mac without Mac sauce. My 13 year old could do better.

Drive thru wait time is ridiculous then they mess up the whole order and when you tell them they then act like you are trying to get free food and are very rude too. Their food is not good they over salt the fries or cook them so long they are hard as a rock. But my biggest issue is the two drive thru ppl cut in front of you they are trying to get your order over the intercom when you aren't even able to pull up to it. Arby's is better and cheaper

I would have given McDonald's a NEGATIVE 5 STAR REVIEW IF ABLE!I work in customer service every single day and never one time gave I ever treated my paying customers the way these employees here at this particular McDonald's! U ordered three Different Times in past 7 days all three times there was either 3 drinks out of three drinks ordered that I never received, not to mention countless times of recieving wrong items! So when I called to speak with a person (who never would give their name) I was treated as I was gum on the bottom of my shoe!! I have never been spoken to by a business like this ever in my life! If you have to have McDonald's Go to the south end of Somerset at least they treat you like a human being!!!
