This location just has careless employees. My order was messed up 4 times by now in the span of a few months this year. I order a vanilla frostyccino and each time i end up with a chocolate frostyccino. The bottles they pour our the frosty creamer from are even labeled separately and they still mess it up. You can see from my pictures that i clearly got a chocolate one. I ordered a vanilla frostyccino both times however.

After i stated my whole order, the person over the speaker asked me to repeat the whole thing again because he didn’t hear me say anything except the soda. So I did repeat it. Here is how it turned out: Large Diet Coke. They gave me what seemed like a medium regular Coke. Sugar cookie. Left out of my order. Junior hamburger. Gave me a junior cheeseburger instead. Plain baked potato with extra sour cream. Gave me no sour cream. Luckily I noticed this and they gave it to me. Unfortunately since it’s drive through only if I wanted to have them fix my order I would have had to wait probably another 20 minutes. Very frustrating!!

ALWAYS a hit or miss. Unfortunately the staff just does not speak english well which leads to the order being wrong..OFTEN. I will say no cheese 5 times at the speaker and still get a sandwich covered in cheese. Then you get an attitude when you tell them its wrong. When I told them what was wrong, they gave me another wrong sandwich. I do not discriminate, its just inconvenient for fast food. Otherwise the fries are always hot and fresh, same with the food.
