I live in Clint. I got home to a burger with no meat in it. Called them to let them know…. Assistant Manager (Angel) took it as a joke. All he wanted to do is shut me up.

They took forever!!!! Like 25 minutes or 30 for 2 breakfast items, but it was 2:30 am so I’m assuming they slower then! They get 5 stars since the food was delicious! Like the best whata breakfast I’ve had in a while!!

Drive thru isn't even worth it. There wasnt anybody actually working the window. Was charged right away but got my drinks after the food that took almost 15minutes for being the only car in drive thru. 20 minutes for being the only car. Good thing I wasnt someone on their lunch break. Very disappointed in el paso and whataburger. This is why people say in n out is better.

So I ordered my food over an hour ago and still don’t have my food, worst they keep saying it will be right out. By far the slowest Whataburger I’ve ever been to. I recommend you eat somewhere else.

The 2 order takes outside are fun people and very helpful. It doesn't seem to improve the speed but the wait is more pleasant

Went today n of course the drive thru is packed…so we went in n got food to go…the burgers were delicious like always…n we got onion rings n fries…but the onion rings were extra brown this time…n had a weird taste…they really need to clean the fryers n change the oil…or do something…that was just disgusting🤢…we just couldn’t eat them…we don’t mind the wait…just please serve edible food
