Popped in here to pick up a snack for some clients in the drive through. Personally I have not been a huge fan of Panera in general but I myst say that this location and specifically the gentleman that was working the drive through today has converted me. Extremely kind and helpful. I was very impressed with his service and the food was great. Thanks

Where's my baguette?? I know it's a small thing, but if I'm paying $6.57 for just a small cup of soup and a bowl of chopped lettuce, I might as well bring my lunch from home.

This location is always dirty as the floors have crumbs everywhere and the tables are never wiped down. I can’t find a table without there being drink spills and food crumbs left on them. The wifi is very slow and the overall atmosphere is dark and gloomy. The food is usually cold too. Wouldn’t recommend👎🏼

Love the food but last two visits I had a bad experience. I was there on Father’s Day and the pager they gave me was dead and after a while I approached the window and my food was sitting there stone cold.
They prepared everything again but already were out of some items.

Again, they messed up our order. We got a piece of egg slapped between two thin pieces of bread. No meat. No cheese. And it looked like someone sat on it and squished it. Plus, my coffee drink tasted like ice with a little caramel syrup mixed in. Very disappointed. I remember when Panera Bread was worth the higher cost. Not anymore.

Food was great as always. However the delay in getting the food was horrid. I asked for a specific item to be added and was told by the cashier that it was OK. 37 minutes later waiting for 2 bagels I asked about my order and was told all we have a problem with it.. Why didn't something get said?

The service is so slow and half the time their drive through isn’t even open. I love their food just so slow. So unless you have time to spare don’t waste your time.
