It's taco bell.... fast service. Seems to have improved recently... maybe new management?

I know there have been some negative comments and things about the Smithfield Taco Bell. The last several months my husband and I haven't eaten there because service was slow, orders were wrong, and the staff was unfriendly. I saw that there was a new manager and earlier today my husband and I took a chance and went. We were pleasantly surprised! Our order was correct, food was fresh, and staff friendly. Thank you to the new manager. We appreciate your dedication in fixing the issues. We will return in the future!

The Taco Bell has improved a lot in the last month. There's no loud vulgar music. The drive-thru is pretty quick and the staff is friendly.

My hats off to the team working just before 5 tonight. Three people in there working. Full lobby, full drive thru that had to be closed because of short staffing. These folks killed it. Worked with a purpose. Our food was perfect. Kudos yall! Sorry I didn't get names but if yall see this just know those two ladies and one gentleman working are the best. Three more people came in to work as I was leaving and they all clocked in and got right to it! Yall should be proud of your team. They were smiling through the struggle.

I'm not the biggest fan of Taco Bell, but my children and husband love it lol. I like the Taco Bell in Smithfield bc the employees are generally friendly. And you can get in and out quickly.

Put in an online order for in-store pickup. Arrived to doors locked and was forced to go through the drive through, which always has a giant line at the hour I went. Order was correct, wait time was quite long. At the drive through window they explained that they have staffing shortage problems. Just wish it hadn't given me the option for in-store pickup if it wasn't possible to do.

Everyone who has ever worked there. Have been so kind and warm. I have bad kidneys. I pulled up to the drive through on a HOT DAY. I ordered a water and asked for a large. I'd pay what ever it cost. The lady said we don't care for water and was so pleasant and sweet. I highly recommend this Taco Bell in Smithfield. Angels work there.
