Alden was very nice when ringing me up.. this is my second time having Zaxbys and he help me choose a really good lunch! This location was VERY clean as well!! Debra was also very nice and sweet and asked the owner a question for me about the new cheesecake bites!

Miss Shy has a warmth about her and immediately made us (me & my daughter) well welcomed. She had a beautiful smile that matched her attitude. Other staff helped maintain the cleanliness of the drink area - which can be a challenge during lunch time. Overall this was a great experience!

Ashley was awesome. She worked with an awesome smile. However I could not help but notice the lady in the back uniformed as a manger who looked like this was the last place she wanted to be. She even threatened to write up the employees who didn’t promote surveys. Very unprofessional to say in front of the customers providing the surveys.

The young lady Kina that took my order was very nice and polite. She smiled and welcomed me in when I walked through the door and when placing my order she read it back to make sure everything was correct. She made this experience with Zaxbys my best yet. I'll come back to this location especially if she's there.

I love zaxbys. Their chicken is very tender and cooked to order at this location. The service behind the counter is unlike any other fast food place I've ever been to; they are polite and helpful as they assisted me when I was ordering for my large family. Dining inside is the way to go if you have the time. The atmosphere around the holidays is amazing. The decorations, lights, and music really provides a dine in experience better than the other locations around this one.

11/27/2023: Friendly and professional staff. Food was served quickly in the restaurant after ordering. Grilled Chicken Cob Zalad was delicious. Very clean restaurant and bathrooms. 100% sanitation grade.

The food is great. Customer service from Anthony is even greater.. he’s willing to go above and beyond to serve his customers whether he has to freeze or not… but good job with picking him to be a candidate for you guys

Awesome place to stop! We stop here almost every time on our way to SC. Very clean, quick service, hot food and best of all SUPER nice people behind the counter! Stop by if you're hungry.

This was our first time visiting this restaurant on Saturday, November 11, 2023 in the afternoon. We went through the drive-thru and the young lady waiting on the cars outside was outstanding. She provided good food recommendations and service with a smile. We loved the crinkle cut French fries. I had the chicken sandwich which was very tasty. The sauce was okay. The funnel cake was good but I would recommend that you get extra powdered sugar. The crispy chicken sub was good. We would go back.
