For me, Slice is the best restaurant in this part of Wales
This was my third time at Slice and it was amazing as always. The tasting menu was incredible - the highlights were the cod with langoustines, barbequed beef and the chocolate marquise! The wine pairing and the service were excellent too - thank you so much! A small note: the dining room tends to get quite loud and it would really benefit from some acoustic panels.

6 course tasting menu was a proper meal. Plenty to eat but full of class. Brilliant flavours. Star dishes were beef main and rice pudding souffle.

Slice is like a proper bistro - nothing pretentious with all the emphasis on the (amazing) food. Adam was great at front of house - as he’s also responsible for the food he was enthusiastic and gave great explanations about the food. It was a memorable night and we’ll be back soon. Price for the tasting menu was exceptional value - on a par with Michelin places we have eaten at for half the price. For the first time in ages I didn’t take pictures as I was too. Busy enjoying the meal - highly recommended 🤩

Visited for the first time today for lunch. Absolutely fantastic. The food was amazing and so full of flavour. All four of us in awe of the flavours and textures in the food. We will be back very soon!!

A flawless diamond in the rough! Slice is so affordable with such imaginative and DELICIOUS dishes, with a cosy dining area, and the waitress so friendly and knowledgeable. I sometimes wish they could relocate to a larger premises, making the most of the beautiful views of Swansea, but I guess they would risk impacting on the quality of the food and service and of course the price. Every single morsel of food for my Mum and I's lunch yesterday was perfectly executed. 2 tasting menu's, a bottle of wine, coffee and petit fours came to just £166. A huge difference to being absolutely rinsed of nearly £400 at The Hand and flowers a few months back for way less food and way less quality. (Grrrrr. That still gripes me) Keep up the incredible work, Slice!! We.will.be.back!!

Absolutely stunning! Hands down the best food we have had across the whole of the UK. Lovely intimate but non-fussy setting made the atmosphere comfortable and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. We cannot wait to come back!

I didn't take any photos of my food but I went for a 3 course meal at lunch to celebrate my anniversary with my partner and Slice did not disappoint.
It's a small restaurant but I assume this is what allows them to deliver such a high standard, the food and service was impeccable. It was the perfect experience from start to finish and the best food I've had at a restaurant in a very long time.
If you're reading this umming and arring if to go. Please call up and book a table, you don't need to take my word for it but this place is a solid 10/10 🌟 You will feel like royalty!

Michelin quality meal in the village of Sketty! Slice was a very pleasant surprise for my wife and I celebrating her birthday tonight. An interesting and tasty menu full of flavorful surprises. Their three course meal had some innovative and delicious choices. The haddock was moist and flavorful. My chocolate mousse was to die for. Great wine pairings and service. Thanks for a memorable evening.
