Do not try and redeem a voucher from participating stores if you receive one. I made a complaint against a Hervey Bay store and they sent me an email to redeem my voucher. Unfortunately for me I have to travel back to Hervey Bay to receive it. I rang Sippy Downs Domino's and spoke to Charlotte and Sam the manager and was told they are not a participating store. Can you please give me any participating stores where I can receive my voucher on the sunshine coast. Still a very unsatisfied customer. I had to call them as it wouldn't let me do it online. Customer Service got back to me. I was emailed a letter from Julie who gave us the voucher to collect. I will NOT be travelling back to Hervey Bay to collect. What a waste if time to complain

I love ordering to pick up. By the time I finished my order online, I get in the car and when I arrive the pizzas are ready. Friendly staff and reasonable pizzas for the price.

As far as Pizza goes, it was pretty good! The staff member named Persephone was really polite and made my pizza perfectly in great time!!

eh....pretty average but the lad that took my order named Jai was pretty hot. Would recommend.

Came in last minute last night to order two pizzas, got no complaints from the workers and good customer service despite the inconvenience. An angry customer came in while waiting and verbally abused the workers for a minor mistake and the two boys working handled the situation perfectly despite how difficult the customer was being.
