Talk about grossly understaffed. Line up out the door and the staff spending more time debating who's turn it was to serve. So many customers came in, waited and then walked out. It was lunch time on a Saturday and they seemed to have the least experienced staff on that day. It gains one star because when I actually got the food, it was "edible" (in the loosest term of the word.)

Poor service. Specifically told NOT to put jalapeno, but they were put in anyway. Asked for a recommendation of a sauce, but there was no response and they put in a sauce of their choice any way. Their hands needs to be lifted up

The lovely two teenagers who worked at around 5:15, Monday the 9th of May, we’re so polite and amazing! Subway is lucky to have them! Food was great :)

I went to subway 28 april 2022 time 9:30 a.m when i entered the store no welcoming .staff was unpleasant and they dont have right attitude for customer service.very unprofessional.👎

A young man served me and put absolutely no effort in at all had a couldn’t be bothered attitude. It took over 25 minutes to make 3 subways. I asked for one to be grilled and he didn’t even push down on the grill just sat it there. Then proceeded to touch it without any gloves on. and took forever to wrap it. I’ve worked at subway before and know that’s not right!

Staff are unable to follow directions, if someone asks for “just a little bit of sauce” don’t drown the thing in it. If I wanted a soggy sandwich I’d pour water on it.

The store looked like it was closed. The staff we ok at best, it was like we were interupting their cleaning. We arrived at 7.30 they close at 9, chairs were up on the table, the open light switched off, no light turned on out front. The Domino's box on the counter was a nice touch I assume that is what they had for dinner? On the plus side the food was good and as ordered. We just felt unwelcome.

Poor. The service girl didnt even listen to my order had to repeat myself three times until she got it right... Then she was tight with all the salads. Then after paying she says sorry we have no napkins. I say no problem, eat my sub and then go to the bathroom to wash my hands to find no soap in the dispenser. I thourght subway is supposed to have standards, hands down worst subway ever 👍
