Subway

Hi Subway, I’ve been a regular customer at the Holland V branch for a very long time. I’ve seen the staff come and go. Therefore, it’s to my horror that I experienced a very unpleasant dinner night out at Subway Holland V on Thursday 31.3.2022. The malay server OVER TOASTED my 1 Foot Roasted Chicken Sandwich! If that wasn’t bad enough, He scolded me when I simply asked him for a small cup of water for my Diabetes ailment! Not only did he refuse to give me any cup of water, he ridiculed my illness as well! I’m sure, being a health conscious restaurant like Subway is, I’m sure u guys know how impt medication taking is! Anyway, I even asked the young malay server a few times and he ignored me. Now, I wasn’t thirsty or anything! I had to have a cup of water to take my Diabetes medicine! And there were countless paper cups around but he was heartless enough to ignore me after being extremely rude to me! I feel he is not showing the characteristics of a good employee at a customer-friendly rest like Subway! It was bad enough he didn’t care bout the welfare of the customers by refusing to give my a cup of water for my meds, he had to scold and ridicule my Diabetes illness as well!! He has crossed the line, Subway. Had it been other customers, things would have gotten real ugly in a hurry!
