So Pho

We came here in the evening and it was not too crowded. Ordered their pho noodle soup with beef, Bun noodle with grilled beef and summer rolls with beef. Out of the 3 we liked the rolls best. They are crunchy and flavourful. Noodles wise, tasted ok and nothing to shout about. The bill came up to about $35 which I feel is slightly on the pricey side for the quantity/quality I'm getting. Overall still worth trying if you craved vietnamese food.

Decent Vietnamese food at affordable prices. Slice beef & tendon was quite tough. Beef balls were ok. Papaya & Mango Salad portion a tat small but good flavour with ikan bills. 2 sauces were provided for the spring rolls, which was appreciated. Drinks were expensive though as portion was small. Would recommend their drip coffee if you need a drink for your meal.

Customer service is horrible. Signalled a table for 2, they signalled back to go in and find our own seats. Ordering was done with a QR code that they passed us. we asked for the bill, we were asked to go to the front. Then we are charged 10% service charge. For what service, may I ask? Serving of food & clearing of table? Might as well we do that ourselves too. All the servers also looked unhappy to be there. Very upset overall.

Located on level 4 Tampines Mall, I have to order 3 of the chef recommendations, and it is delicious. I have the fried Pho noodles, bowl of beef tendon slices and beef balls. Inclusive of Grilled Chicken & Chicken Ham roll (2 pc, which was actually 4 pcs when they cut) Tasty and satisfying. You can taste of the different flavors, of sweet, hot and fresh herbs. I will definitely dine again. Service was great and it is affordable. Best to dine before perk hours, expect to wait.

Went on a rainy weekend afternoon. Place was empty but filled up quickly over the lunch time. Not my first visit so I knew what I wanted to order. Crispy spring rolls were delicious and warm when served. The spicy pho could use more spice. Though it comes with fresh chilli padi on the side, doesnt so much to increase the spice level. Soda chanh was refreshing.

Decent Vietnamese food and good service. They also adhere strictly with safe distancing, which is good. The beef pho was tasty, and I especially liked the beef balls. The Fresh Viet rolls had good fillings, but were made earlier in the day, as they were all stuck together. The drinks were refreshing but a tad pricey.

Terrible experience I had.. my friend reserved a table through chope but when we arrived there there are no tables for me and the manager told her that they no longer using the website. Then The manager recommended my friend who is pregnant and I having a baby stroller to sit near the kitchen. Is that even hygiene?! In the website it mention set lunch promotion but went there don't have. Then we ordered beef noodle and fired rice ,the noddle came fast but the fired rice came very slow so I try to check with the manager but he replied me ' fired rice need to wait'. Is that even how u reply to a customer?? I myself from fnb too. It takes longer that's why I asked. Won't recommend to go there again.
