Ordered delivery and one of the burgers arrived badly packaged with sauce leaking everywhere. The plant based whopper was also a big disappointment, tasting like very cheap mock meat, and nothing like the impossible burgers or similar alternatives sold by other restaurants.

Ordered for lunch takeaway & Waited forever. We only ordered 1 set.. It’s not fast food if we have to wait so long. Burger King needs to improve their service if they want to stay competitive

Order is the Tom yum fries. Some more paid for $1.10 when reach to me is the normal fries. Disappointed.

I had a very pleasant experience in this Burger King outlet. Especially the counter crew named SHAFNAS was very friendly. The order was delivered very fast especially during the peak time.

Order grab delivery for this two new item, chili crab burger. The taste was good. But the sauce they put in is just too little for me on the chicken burger. And they don't have option in grab to addon chili crab sauce on the fries.

The Burger King Whooper have shrunk over the years, in fact perhaps almost all fast food burgers have shrunk in size. The Whooper that I purchased is only half thick as what was shown on the photos. The taste sure is not the same as before, IT HAD LOST ITS ORIGINAL BURGER KING TASTE, it is almost cardboard dry, gone are the juicy as in the original form, can’t get that good old days the satisfaction of eating an original yesteryears Whooper whose beef patty was thick, juicy beefy too. Quality obviously like most fast food burgers have dropped significant, in the name of health or environmental marketing reason , and it feels very much lighten too.

The staff here seriously needs to QC their food quality. ordered takeaway on 24 June 2022 for a meal with onion rings side. The onion rings tasted bitter..
