Very centralized location. Easily accessible from Bugis and Rochor MRT. Decent hotpot place for as the price. Came here on promotion, but stay for the food and service. The broth is understandably lighter and the meat cut is very thin, but the service is quick and replenishment is very efficient. Having hotpot during circuit breaker is always going to be an odd experience, but a good service really makes a difference. Recommended for non-picky eaters who are looking to stretch their wallet.

Had an awesome dining experience at OnePot Steamboat Buffet! My friend booked weekday dinner via Eatigo to celebrate his birthday and I must say, the food is great. Not to mention the very generous servings and excellent service by the auntie who was working there on the night of 26 March 2021. Cheers! :)

One can choose a variety of food for the steamboat such as pork, beef, mutton, chicken, meatballs, fishballs, vegetables, mushrooms, beancurd products, seafood. Value with the discount. The basic soup base is either pork or chicken soup. For additional payment, one can choose other soup bases. Tried their pork, laksa, tom yum, and herbal soup bases which are delicious. For additional payment, one can opt for free-flow of drinks and ice-cream. Helpful and friendly staff.

Brought coupon from Chope app with very low price (Sunday lunch for 16.39sgd) for a buffet.
Can only choose 1 soup (pork or chicken) for free. Minimum 2 to dine.
Additional charges:
2sgd per person for unlimited drinks(syrup + plain water) & ice-cream.
6sgd for premium soup
3sgd for pork or chicken soup
5sgd for a jug of Carbonated Drinks.
Meat definitely is what I aim for when going to buffet. Just eat able, not really any special on it. For the price, definitely worth every penny of it.
Must take the crispy chili(老干妈).

Was looking around on eatigo for steamboat and came upon their shop with 50% discount for dinner hour. Decided to try and it's worth going during discounts. Food wise, there wasn't a wide variety of meat and they used frozen ones but since it's a steamboat it didn't really concern me. Quite a lot of veg and there's seafood too so it's all good. My friends and myself especially like the fishcake with cheese in it (not the orangey cheese you see in stuffed fishball but more like mozzarella cheese? Photo included.) Soup wise you must choose a base of either pork or chicken broth and then another 2 more smaller soup base among the 8 premium soup flavour (+$6 per soup, so $12 for 2). We picked the tomyum and laksa and it's good. Ice cream was soso & there's only 3 drinks to choose from but hey it's free flow ($2 top-up per pax for free flow drinks & ice cream). Shop wise it's really compact and definitely hard to move around but luckily we went on Thurs so there weren't many people around, not forgetting that there's poor ventilation so would suggest to install those portable aircon. A friendly shout-out to their staff who promptly serve us steamed dumpling (think for about 4 times?) when my friend requested for it. So paiseh 😅
Overall impression is that it's worth coming back to eat using eatigo discounted price but if looking at their original price in comparison to outside market standard I think they would have to increase their food & drinks variation and solve the ventilation issue to justify for their original pricing. Service is great though. Will still come back next time!

The service staff was pretty friendly and responsive. The food was so so. Went there to try cus it was 50% off on eatigo app. So after discount on a wkend dinner will.be around 22 bucks. The mala soup base was one of the better ones. It's not super spicy and nice. The tomato and pork soup were so so. Not very crowded even on wkend. So can go visit if u are craving for buffet style of hotpot and the offer for eatigo only allows u to eat for 100mins from the time of your booking. So please take note on that.

Very worth the money, especially when discounted through eatigo. The quality of food may not be spectacular, but it's good enough for the price and the range is nice - only qualm is that some of their clams are still sandy. Staff are super friendly - they may be shorthanded but they'll always get to you as fast as they can, and thoroughly attentive and patient when the place is less crowded. Have returned a few times with no regrets!

The place is nice and cozy with a decent variety of ingredients. I found the meat to be very dry and tough; even in the photo, you can see that it is fraying.
While it is relatively affordable (fave), there is additional charge for drinks and if you would like 2 different soups. If u add these up, there are cheaper options available out there.
Not sure if I will be back again.
