I love Starbucks, definitely recommend you go there. The one in UE square is small and aesthetic, and it has merch. Definitely go there!

Visit this outlet almost every weekend as my child has class nearby. Drinks, food and service - great, as with every other Starbucks outlet.
However sitting space - both indoor and outdoor - is very limited. Aircon within the store can be too cold most of the time, and there is only 1 sitting table indoors. Would be good if alfresco sitting space can be expanded.
