Subway

Staff seemed to counting shreds of cheese for mushroom toasties and seemed to be counting veggie pieces (corn, pickles, etc by the numbers when putting onto my subs. First time I encountered such miserly toppings. Staff definitely needs training on what is right portions. Will not patronise from this outlet till then.

I called my parents to buy a meal for me, they passing by there. Cold cut trio (hearty italian) -lettuce -onions (extra onions) -ranch & mayo (extra sauce) $5.90 meal no cookies. As my parents is those not our generation type but as i send them the list of what i want then the subway staff didnt follow the order. I ordered extra things end up my sandwhich as flat as like a prata + they didnt give me drinks at all when i pay for the meal price. My parents bought this on the 18 may 2020, 11.30AM-12.20pm. I am so disappointed with the service they treat my parents just because they dont know. Subway please train your staff. 2 vietnam lady

You can find Subway Sentosa near ticket counter beside Cable Car Sentosa Station (if you take cable car from harboutfront station to sentosa station, you have to go out first then you will automatically enter the souvenir shop, after exit the shop you will see ticket counter on your right and subway is beside the counter). For muslim traveler, it is halal certified. If you want to continue your cable car experience, go walk for 3-5 minutes to Imbiah Lookout Station to visit Merlion Station or Siloso Point Station.
