Food is good, but the staff here (mainly those aunties) should really think about their working attitude. I ordered food from grab countless times and hardly received all my correct food even for once. Sometimes get me wrong drinks, sometimes missing items. I wonder if they really pay attention when they prepare the food. Or is it because they think they don't need to confront the take-away platform customers so that they can do whatever they want?

5 workers in the counter. 1 taking order, 1 making drinks, 1 making toast, 1 making food. Last 1 helping the one making food. Numbers of order was already prepared. But they are not bringing out to the collection point for food riders waiting at the collection point just outside the vendor. Until the new pick up riders comes then ask we to go in to collect. For customer tat ordered noodles will get sloggy noodles. My 1st customer noodles came after 10mins to me at the first round when we(other riders). They also only bring it out to us in many packs of order. Then wait for another 1mins for my next order which also had already done so. 1) customer receives cold food. 2) affected our rider delivery.
