Culver's

So disappointed. Deluxe double obviously had been cooked some time ago. Dry, tough, not even hot enough to melt the cheese. Fries were hot and fresh. Shake was very thick and good. Burgers were really bad. Bathroom was dirty and no paper towels. Most of the tables were dirty. The place just has a general feel of lack of attention.

If i could i would give this restaurant zero stars. the employees in this establishment had horrible attitudes. there was no ice on the ice machine and food on the floor. this establishment needs to be shut down immediately. this place was a disfranchisement to its customers and the service is horrible.

Every Culver's I have been to has been great, but this Culver's was awful. I went through the drive through around 3:10 pm and got a Deluxe Culver's with cheese. The two hamburger patties were crispy and hard like they had been cooked since lunch, the two pieces of cheese were not even melted and the bun was not fresh. If I had of gone in the restaurant this would have not been served. I won't be coming to this Restaurant for a long time!

This Culver’s is the worst!!! The wait time I usually don’t mind because I think they make your food to order? I appreciate the hot food, but on July 1st @6:30p I never received my food and the “shift manager” didn’t care or bother to apologize or even acknowledge I was I. The restaurant. After a long hot shift at work and on my way home I placed an order in the drive- thru. Nothing complicated, a deluxe with the basket. I had to pull up and wait, I went inside after realizing all the people that were in front of me and some after me were gone. Looking at the clock it had been about 15 minutes! So I went inside with the number they gave me. I asked a young man about my order and he in turn asked Eduardo. Eduardo said it will be out as soon as it could, and shook his head. So, I waited in the lobby, I watched this man snap at two of his employees, grumble to himself as he filled orders. Walk around to where the food was being prepared walk back and continue filling orders. I waited another 15 minutes, before he sent the young man over to me to ask what I had, so I asked for a refund. The team shift leader, a young lady was very nice and processed the refund. The young man was the only person to offer an apology. The food is usually pretty good here, but clearly the service is a long way off from where it needs to be.

I love Culver's normally. This location is an exception. Wait time is extreme to say the least. The Online order and curbside pickup doesn't work at all. Waited nearly 30 minutes, went in and my food was sitting on the counter. They told me to call the store but the online order told me to only click the notify i'm here button. The next time I went, they completely forgot part of my order after making me wait another 30 minutes.

It's been a while since I have eaten in a restaurant, but we went to Culver's after a day of shopping at the Outlet Mall. The people there were super nice, and the food was good as always. We ordered a bit too much for two people, but their chicken tenders are so good!! Really enjoyed eating here, and the restaurant's proximity to the shopping outlet is awesome!!
