I got a drink from there this morning and when I got to work, I had been drinking a good bit. It looked like something in my drink but just brushed it off thinking it was ice. Now, I still see something floating in my drink and my ice is all melted. I start digging and literally pull out a hair!!! Do not recommend getting drinks from this place.

EXCELLENT Manager! Excellent staff! This is a CUSTOMER ORIENTED clean , happy place of business! Delicious and always consistent!!
I drive 30 minutes to get to this Dunkin Donuts .. passing 3 other stores on the way!

My coffee wasn't made right but when I called to explain The manager Sam was super nice && helpful! He remade my coffee for me && it's amazing! I can't live without my Dunkin Donut coffee!
UPDATE!!! Every time the lady with dark hair that works in the morning never seems to get mine && my friends coffee right. At this point I'm really annoyed!

Served me a macchiato with milk that was gone completely sour this morning. Never drank anything that turned my mouth and stomach inside out that fast. Threw the entire coffee away now fearing that I’m going to have a few restroom trips ahead of me today

Never ever go here. Bunch of people who don’t care about customers work here. Ordered a sandwich and coffee … and only left with my coffee after waiting 20 minutes for a sandwich that was wrong. While waiting 20 minutes for my sandwich I observed staff complaining about the long line of customers was … moving slow… huffing and puffing every time an online order came in and not practicing food safe handling.. I’ve been here 3 times and my experience is always awful. I’m done trying!

The restaurant needs to be cleaned. It is just like Spinx and always dirty. I don't go to this store often but when I do the employees have their friends hanging out and seem more interested is laughing and joking with them than taking care of customers.
