Simi's Buffet

This is one of if not the best Hawaiian places I’ve gotten food from. The quality of their food as well as the sheer quantity they give for the price is just perfect. I still need to try their other menu options but the Katsu and Chicken are great. You also can’t really see it but there is cabbage salad included under.

If you like authentic Hawaiian food. This a good spot. As comes with authenticity, comes with extra bits. Wink face emoji. 2 orders of Chicken Katsu Curry came with hair in each order. 1 order of chicken teriyaki had hair. 1 side of macaroni salad had a nice long black hair. Occasionally getting hair happens so I took the hair out of macaroni salad and 1 curry. But having it in all the food can be extravagant. 2 pictures included with them circled. Enjoy.

We have frequented "this one" a-kind tour operator serving meals/bakery/restaurant since opening many years ago and have never been disappointed by the food, staff and service. They are all great. I think it would be impossible to find something from their cuisine or bakery that wasn't amazing. Their gourmet prepared meals, cheeses and baked goods are in a class by themselves. The only complaint is that they can sometimes overflow, which only re-emphasizes their perfection. No visit to Los Angeles should not miss visiting Joan by a third for any meal of the day!

Great Hawaiian BBQ place in Moorpark! We got the family meal with BBQ chicken, katsu chicken, and crispy shrimp, and it also came with white rice, and macaroni salad. It was a lot of food for a family of five, well worth it! I liked the BBQ chicken and katsu chicken the best, the shrimp was ok. Macaroni salad was really good, and the white rice was fine. If you're in Moorpark, go check it out, you won't be disappointed!
