Dunkin'

This location is hit or miss but mostly miss. Alot of the time drinks and food items aren't quite the same as what you would get in other locations. For example, today I ordered the snacking bacon which we have gotten many times from other places and you could smell the pepper on it before even opening the bag, usually very sweet, our mouths were ON FIRE!! They also need to fix the drive thru speaker, you can never hear them.

I just had a very sweet experience at this DD! My family & I had a couple of gift cards, which covered most of our purchase. As I was getting cash to cover the remaining balance, the young man at the drive-thru (I apologize for not getting your name) wished me a Happy Mother's Day & told us not to worry about the balance. Thank you so much! Your kind gesture made me so happy 😊

Yesterday I ordered a croissant sandwich and a sweetened iced tea with lemon. The tea didn't have one grain of sugar in it and you guessed it, no lemon either. I've attached an image of what they call the croissant sandwich. I don't think my order was that complicated, and it wasn't busy at all. I was the only person at the drive thru. Everyone working also seemed miserable, I would be as well if I couldn't make an iced tea and sandwich.

DONT GO TO THIS STORE!!! The manager who works here is rude, the food will be served cold to you, and coffee is nasty. It tastes like chemicals are in the coffee and the people never make it right. I tried to talk to the manager about it and she just gives an attitude like it shouldn’t be addressed and slams the window. Her name starts with an M but I never got to see her name tag clearly. I was inside not that long ago and all I see is crumbs everywhere, nats, and the bathrooms looked like they haven’t been cleaned in a while. So I highly suggest to go get coffee somewhere else!!

So get this, I come through the drive thru with my girlfriend and her kid (it's not my kid she was pregnant before we got together) and I felt like splurging a little today. So I treated everyone to an ice coffee and a croissant sandwich. And I could hear through the speaker someone in the back(not the girl on the mic) go "3 sandwiches, Is he asking for a heart attack?" And I kept my mouth shut because its early morning I'm sure I wouldn't be happy waking up for $9/h as well. But than when we got our ICED coffee i noticed they literally filled up an iced cup with hot coffee. That's not how that works. So i pull around and ask for them to be redone and the answer i got was "sorry but that's all we have" TELL ME THAT BEFORE I ORDER. Please go to the dunkin in perkasie, its worth the drive.

I rolled into the drive-thru at approximately 6:53 p.m. this establishment closes at 7:00 p.m. I watched one of the workers walk in after putting trash in the dumpster and for the next 7 minutes I sat there and nobody answered on the other end of the speakerphone. Other times I've been here around this time of night there seems to be no service given after 6:30 p.m. Do not go here go elsewhere you won't regret it
